Uncork'd is one of the newest addditions to downtown Newnan's restaurant scene. Located behind Golden's at 9 E. Court Square and co-owned by Chef Dominick Ravo and his mother Connie Ravo, Uncork'd is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.      Chef Dominick actually grew up in the restaurant business. He's a fourth-generation restauranteur, and after graduating from Coweta County's Northgate High School and earning his degree in Culinary Business from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, he decided that starting a restuarant in partnership with his mother was a natural progression. It's what he always dreamed he would do.      Uncork'd opened its doors last April and has been wowing diners ever since with its inovative and ever-changing menu.      With a warm atmosphere in one of downtown Newnan's historic buildings, accented with exposed brick walls, rich hardwoods, white tablecloth elegance, an innovative menu, bountiful lists of wines and beers and great musical entertainment, Uncork'd has all the ingredients for a perfect night out.
